Shipping policy
Due to the extreme sentimental value of your keepsake, we take the handling and delivery of your items with the utmost of importance and care. Once in the hands of a third party postal agency such as Australia Post, no liability can be taken by MAW Jewellery Designs- All packages sent with Australia post will have tracking numbers issued so we can see if its wear about and completion of delivery.
Goods will be delivered to the address given upon making your order, so please ensure these details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or spelling errors- If you have made an error, please contact me at mawopal8@gmail.com or by Facebook message.
In the unfortunate event that there is a delay in postage, MAW Jewellery Designs will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via e-mail within 48 hours of the problem.
